STANDARD AND SPECIAL SCREW PRODUCTION

Screw and bolt production is made in different materials, such as:

• Stainless steel and other various grades of steel
• Brass
• Copper
• Aluminum

With a fleet of machines that includes:

• Printing presses, Rolling Machines, Cutting Machines
• Cutting‐head notching machines, to realize screwdriver cuts
• Tip making machines, to get the tip of the screw when this is special and not feasible by molding , or pencilshape
• A washing plant with heat curing, used immediately after molding to wash the products
• A centrifuge facility for drying and removing oil residue
• A screw washer system, for long and / or delicate fasteners

We have an in‐house mechanical workshop that allows the modification of existing equipment in case it is required by specific machining of the product. This way we can respond directly to the needs of customers with flexibility and timing, completing the production process independently.
We also have a raw material stock consisting of 200 tons always in stock and immediately available in order to ensure short leadtimes.
