In the productive plant of Gardone Val Trompia (BS), distributed on over 1200 sqm, we manufacture standard screws and bolts, but also customized and according to customer drawing products.
We produce by cold molding in a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and aluminum.
We complete our products with optional additional services such as automatic selection and packaging according to customer's specifications.
The most important step in production screws is the molding process, which is carried out with machines equipped with computerized control systems capable of stopping production if the piece is not made in accordance with specifications. Other crucial stages of production (eg rolling) are constantly monitored with the latest generation of equipment to ensure the production of conforming parts.
